Welcome, I’m Lucas P. Edwards. As a business developer specialising in industrial land development and maritime infrastructure through CCS, CTS & CCUS, my field blends economics, technical insights and sales. Through my blog, I share research, tools and insights across land development and the maritime industry.

I’ve driven a part-time consultancy for a number of years, working directly with business development for the energy sector. With a background as a RIBA II accredited architect, I have experience working with the development of large-scale infrastructure projects.
